In 1999, as part of the initial phase of the Auditorium Restoration Project, meticulous efforts were undertaken to restore the venue’s expansive proscenium and the front edge of the loge to their former grandeur. The second phase, completed in 2000, marked the full restoration of the ceiling and walls throughout the Auditorium. During the same year, the entire venue underwent re-carpeting to replicate the original design from 1928. Two years later, in 2002, the installation of an HVAC system further enhanced the overall theater experience for visitors. By 2005, the venue boasted fully re-upholstered seating, ensuring maximum comfort for attendees.
The seating spans four levels: the main orchestral floor, the loge, and the first and second dress circles.
